Welcome to CoreRageous
Dance & Movement, a dance and physical fitness center for the entire family,
located at Historic Savage Mill in Savage, Maryland. We proudly cater to both
active adults and children. We sincerely believe in fulfilling our motto, "Enhancing
Life through Movement", by offering a variety of instructor-led, movement-based
activities. You're sure to find something here that will help you become a happier,
healthier you.
For adults and older teens, we offer classical
Pilates (mat and apparatus), Yoga, and NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action)
classes. We also offer classes in Tai Chi and Women's Self-Defense. Soon, we will
be adding Zumba to our growing list of fitness and martial arts offerings. In
addition, we teach adult dance classes. These include Adult Ballet, Adult Tap,
Adult Street Jazz, and Introduction to Ballroom.
For
children, we offer a variety of regularly scheduled dance classes and dance- and
art- oriented Summer Camps and workshops for pre-kindergarten to high school age
groups. During the Spring and Fall Sessions, we offer Ballet lessons for all age
groups, and Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Street Jazz dance classes for children ages
7 and older.

Movement, a friendly, family-owned, family-oriented alternative. We are conveniently
located in southeastern Howard County, adjacent to Anne Arundel, Prince George's,
and Montgomery Counties, and close to Fort Meade and the towns of Columbia, Laurel,
Elkridge, Fulton, Jessup, Maryland City, Scaggsville, and Annapolis Junction.

CoreRageous Dance & Movement operates
out of a large 4700 sq ft facility located on the lower level of the Cotton Shed
Building at Historic Savage Mill in Savage, Maryland. We have three multipurpose
studios that we would like to share with others who need space to hold dance,
fitness, or martial arts classes; to practice dance routines; or to conduct other
health and fitness activities. If you have a need for space on a part-time basis,
please contact us. We may be able to help.
