Introduction to Ballroom Dancing Ages 17 - Adult
4-Week Sessions, Thursday, 8 - 9 pm
Session 3: July 31; August 7, 14, 21
Session 4: August 28; September 4, 11, 18
Session 5: September 25; October 2, 9, 16

Tuition: $60.00 per person or $120.00 per couple per session
Require minimum of 6 students (or 3 couples) per session. No partner required.

NIA (Neuromuscular Integrative Action)
Workshop / Movement Series

For Ages 15 to Adult

NIA combines dance movements and heart-pumping martial arts moves, infused with subtle therapeutic techniques designed to heighten body awareness and Sensory IQ. The NIA workout is generally performed in bare feet and, through the use of music and movement, each NIA experience is uniquely crafted to both calm and invigorate. A NIA workout delivers cardiovascular and whole body conditioning for the body, mind, emotions, and spirit.

Option 1 - By Mail: Print and complete a registration form and mail it, along with a check made out to "CoreRageous Dance & Movement" or "CD&M", to:

When we receive your completed registration form and check, your or your child's place in the camp(s), workshop(s), and/or special dance session(s) of your choice will be reserved. Follow the appropriate hyperlink(s) below to bring up the registration form(s) you need.

Option 2 - In Person: If you would prefer, you may come to the studio during business hours to register and provide payment. At the studio, we accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.

Option 3 - By Phone: If you would like to make a reservation for you or your child by phone, call us during business hours at 310-490-8898. When you call, please be prepared to provide your credit card information over the phone. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover. We will reserve your space when we receive and process your credit or debit card information. You can complete registration paperwork at the studio on the first day of class, but please arrive at least 15 minutes early to give yourself time to do this. You may also come in during business hours any time before the first day of class to complete registration.
